| RESERVATIONS:
Whenever
an enquiry is made, the staff has been instructed to quote the BEST
POSSIBLE RATE AVAILABLE. We are acutely aware of the economic climate
which forces Travellers to be budget conscious and thus make every attempt
possible to reduce rates at times of year when the hotel is quiet.
All
rooms are offered at a ‘room with breakfast’ rate – i.e. we do not have
single rates. We require a 20% non refundable deposit to confirm a reservation.
BOOKING
PROCEDURE:
You
can drop us an email to check what room choices we have available – just
click on the envelope and
give us your arrival date and the number of nights you wish to stay over
and we will write back to let you know what room categories we have available
for you to choose from and the rates for them.
If
we do have a room which you would like to reserve, we will ask you to let
us have (by FAX or email) a Reservation Request form requesting some information
which will allow us to process your request. As werequire a 20% non-refundable
deposit ti be able to confirm your booking, we do need your CREDIT CARD
DETAILS (the number/expiry date/last three digits on the back of the card).
If
you need to cancel your booking longer than 14 days before arrival, there
is no cancellation fee payable although you will lose your non-refundable
deposit. A cancellation 7 to 14 days prior to arrival will involve a loss
of 50% of the remaining amount owing; a cancellation 6 or fewer days before
arrival a will require 100% loss of the remaining 80% owing on your accommodation
bill. This also applies to guests who depart earlier than the agreed time
of the reservation. WE PROMISE TO TRY TO REALLOCATE THE ROOM TO ANOTHER
GUEST IF POSSIBLE AND WILL REFUND AS MUCH OF THE REMAINING 80% OWING AS
WE CAN IN THIS WAY.
We
always make every effort to resell the rooms so cancelled and whatever
is recovered in this way is always refunded to the guest who has been forced
to cancel a reservation. We recommend that guests take out travel
insurance which will cover such eventualities. |
