As
the apartment is on the top floor of the block (there is no elevator) the
eves have been left exposed and so there is a sense of generosity both
in height and in floor space ( approx 75 square meters in area). Facing
to north with Table Mountain just behind, it offers spectacular views across
the city to Table Bay, with Signal Hill and Devil’s Peak to the left and
right. There is a small furnished balcony from which to enjoy this vista.
The penthouse
is decorated with an African flavour but we have taken care to keep the
overall ambiance clean and modern at the same time. |

* The penthouse
is offered as a PRIVATE STAY option and hence guests must provide their
own breakfasts although a complementary start-up pack of eats is provided
for arriving guests.
* 01 January to
31 August:
R1000 per night
for two guests.
1 September to
30 April 2011
R1100 per night
for 2 guests.
(add on an additional
R250 per guest
for extra beds.)
* A 20% non- refundable
deposit is
required to confirm
a reservation.
* Full settlement
is payable on arrival.
